Altar Bells
The use of altar bells during Mass dates back to the sixth century. During a Catholic Mass, altar bells are rung at the Sanctus and at the eleveation of the consecrated Eucharist. During the Easter Triduum, a wooden clacker or clapper is used in place of altar bells. Hand bells are often used to accompany liturgical hymns and songs. Altar bells are also used in a variety of ways by many Christian churches and communities.
Saint Patrick's Guild offers altar bells in a variety of styles. We carry both single ahnd bells and altar bell sets of four bells. Whatever sort of altar bell you are looking for, we are sure that you will find it here at Saint Patrick's Guild. Our Church Goods team is always ready to help.
