St. Richard of Chichester, or St. Richard of Wyche, was a 13th century English saint. He is the patron saint of coachmen, the Diocese of Chichester, Sussex, and England, and his feast day is celebrated on April 3. The St. Richard medal features a seemingly three dimensional detailed image, which is graded above the surface level of the medal. The medal is crafted from the finest sterling silver and is about the size of a penny. The clasped, curb-style 18 inch chain is rhodium-plated to help maintain its shine. The St. Richard medal is ideal for Communion, Confirmation, and Name Day gifts. Packaged in an attractive green velvet hinged box, ready for gift-giving!
