This beautiful white chasuble from Slabbinck is made of Santiago fabric which is a lightweight yarn dyed fabric of 100% synthetic fibers. This Monastic or more squarely cut chasuble has color gradations woven into the fabric giving a subtle striped design to the chasuble and woven in such a way that bands are formed around the side ends of the chasuble. Woven into the fabric is a distinctive panel of crosses which runs down the front and back of the chasuble. Measuring 63 inches wide and 53 inches long, the chasuble is a standard size to fit most wearers, features a low stand up collar and has an inside stole. The white chasuble is used during the liturgical year for Easter, Trinity Sunday, the Ascension, the Transfiguration and other occasions. This comes in grey, red, green or purple or with a plain collar (see item 71498).
