This is a delightful book allowing children to play and sing along to 12 familiar songs including This Little Light, He's Got the Whole World, Amazing Grace and others. The child using the book simply pushes the key that is color and number coded to match the notes in the book and in no time the child is playing the song. The St. Joseph piano book is filled with delightful illustrations that accompany the songs. The piano book has 24 pages and measures 10-1/4 x 10-1/4 inches. This book is not recommended for children 3 years and under but all others will enjoy playing and singing along with the familiar melodies. The St. Joseph piano book is a good way to teach children some of the songs they hear around them especially in church and they will feel quite accomplished when they are able to play the songs themselves. Children usually can not read notes on regular sheet music but the coded notes of the St. Joseph piano book allow them to play the melodies of these loved familiar songs.
