Domestic Shipping:
We ship anywhere in the United States of America for these following domestic charges.

Canadian Shipping:
The same shipping charges apply as above. However at this time, the customer is
responsible for all extra clearance and brokerages fees.

Shipping Methods:
There are four methods of shipping: Standard, Express, Overnight, and St. Paul Store Pickup.
- The DELIVERY DATE is equal
to the PROCESSING TIME plus SHIPPING TIME.
- PROCESSING TIME is the amount of time it takes for your order to enter our computer system, the products to be gathered, and your order shipped. This is usually one business day. Note: if you are ordering on Friday night, we will begin processing your order on Monday morning.
- SHIPPING TIME is the amount of time it takes the shipping company (i.e. UPS) to deliver your order. The actual time for your order to arrive at your destination varies depending on your distance from us (we are located in Minnesota).
- If you need your package delivered on SATURDAY, the Shipping costs will be significantly more and we'll call you with that price before we ship.
- If you need your order in less than two business days, please choose Express or Overnight Shipping.
Express Shipping denotes a delivery date of two business days. If you choose Express Shipping, then we should process and ship your order in two business days (assuming all products are in stock). When placing your order, typing in a special note with your deadline date will help us process your order. Shipments that require Saturday delivery will require extra charges and will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
Overnight Shipping denotes a delivery date of one business day. If you choose Overnight Shipping (order must be placed before NOON) then we should process and ship your order in one business day (assuming all products are in stock). When placing your order, typing in a special note with your deadline date will help us process your order. Shipments that require Saturday delivery will require extra charges and will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
St. Paul Store Pickup denotes
that you will pick up your order at our St. Paul Location. Most orders are
available on the next business day after placing an order. We will call
you once your order has
been filled in our St. Paul Store and is ready for pick up. Shipments that require Saturday
pick up will be dealt with on a case by case basis. If you would like to pick up
your order at another one of our locations, please specify in your order notes.
We will contact you with an estimated delivery date. The price for in
store pick up at any store is free.
Notes:
- We strive to keep 99% of our products in stock at all times. However, sometimes we do run out of a supply. If we do not currently have all of your products in stock, we will contact you. Please allow 2-3 weeks for items not in stock.
- Rarely, exceptionally large, heavy or unique (i.e.: personalized or customized) shipments may be subject to additional charges on a case by case basis. We will email you prior to shipping.
