Celebrate St. Emma, who lived in Austria with her husband and two children in a family of means. When her husband and children were murdered, she decided to use her considerable inheritance to benefit the poor. She is the founder of religious houses, 10 churches, and a Benedictine monastery in Carinthia, Austria which she spent the final years of her life. Becoming a saint happened during her lifetime. She is the patron saint of those in childbirth and with those experiencing diseases of the eye. Her feast day is June 27. The St. Emma medal necklace comes with a 18" chain that is rhodium plated. The length of the 18" chain is preferred by most girls, teens, and adult women.
